Are you particular when it comes to balancing your children's IQ and EQ?

It's very important for children to have a balanced EQ and IQ. It is our responsibility as parents to mold our kids to be the individuals we want them to be. Most parents boast about their kids being academically inclined, but some of them don't give much importance on the behavior. Some would even say that their child is spoiled that's why he's acting like a brat but it's ok because he does good in school. I think this kind of thinking should be changed. It's our kids who will suffer in the future.
