Are you particular when it comes to balancing your children's IQ and EQ?

If i had to choose between either. Id go with EQ. To me, no point having IQ but no EQ. Its like talking about intellectual and character skills. Which would you choose? These days everything is about academics. No point being academically smart, but no values and morals in life. SINGAPORE lack of EQ, we have tons of IQ. Just my 2 cents.
