Are you particular when it comes to balancing your children's IQ and EQ?

Yes, of course. I want my children to have both good IQ and EQ. I've known people who have very high IQ but very low EQ, and I find it alarming. An example would be my youngest sister who has really high IQ but her EQ is so poor. This was because she wasn't able to experience how to handle problems since she was a child. My mom would always take care of everything for her. Now that she's grown up, she doesn't know how to accept failure. I don't want my kids to be like that.
