Baby doesn’t want to socialise in IFC

Hi parents! Teacher from IFC just feedback to me that baby doesn’t want to socialise in school. It took her some time to go towards the toys whereas other babies immediately went over to the toys when placed in front of them. My baby will cry when the teacher starts to leave her sight. My baby will also cry the kids there starts to play with her sometimes. She is currently almost 9 months and has been in ifc for almost 2 months but not able to adapt yet :( Any tips or any mummies experiencing the same thing? Everytime when i wanna fetch my baby, there will always be negative feedback from the teachers sigh.

I think we can’t force a child to interact with strangers, and your baby is just 9 months old. Give baby a break. It’s already hard for baby to be away from the family for hours.

Perhaps you could kindly inquire, Could you please share some insights on how you can support my daughters development? This way, you can open up a constructive dialogue and explore potential solutions together.While working at IFC, I noticed that some older children struggle to adapt even after three months. Some will stick to one educarer, cry whenever educarer walks away or on meal break.
