Shower in infant care

I am in dilemma to instruct ifc teacher to shower my 3 month son in school or not. The school does shower the kids but i receive feedback in socmedia by some early childhood teachers that parents should be responsible enough to shower their baby before sending. I kinda have ppd and im so stressed up. I rush through things and i dont want to hurt my son. Is it wrong to let the ifc teacher shower our baby?

I totally get the stress you're feeling right now, and honestly there's no shame in asking the IFC to help with shower time, especially when you're managing PPD and feeling rushed. Most infant care centres do shower the kids as part of their routine, and teachers are trained to do it safely, so your son will be fine either way. What matters more is that you're getting support for how you're feeling because that's what'll actually help you feel less overwhelmed. Have you had a chance to speak to your doctor about the PPD yet? Once you feel a bit more settled, the daily routines will feel less stressful too.
