Parents, do you follow the "strictly no screen time rule" for your kids below two years old?

Yes. It's what my pedia also advises. She says that exposing children to TV or otherf gadgets will make them hyper and it can delay their speech. So as a new mom, i'd rather follow what my doctors says than risk her development.

As much as possible, we try to. But whenever we need to finish stuff, especially my wife, we resort to letting our kid watch TV. But that's only for a while. We still don't allow him to be glued on watching all day

We sure hope to but right now we just can't. Maybe once the kids started this, it's hard to break it as a habit. But I'd love to lessen their screentime for the meantime.

I think parents should limit the amount of time a kid is exposed to techie stuff like TV or iPads. It will distract and might cause some problems to them.

Unfortunately, no. My baby watches TV and videos up to maximum of 2 hours total in a day which is what my pedia also allowed.

No. My daughter loves watching nursery rhyme videos. Pedia said it's okay but up to 2 hours (total) maximum in a day.

Not really but I got rid of our television.
