Ay, both are multivitamins with minerals talaga, pero check mo yung labels nila, usually may slight differences sa dosage or specific nutrients na kasama, kaya siguro may reason ang OB mo bakit yung dalawa together instead of isa lang, maybe para sa better absorption or coverage ng nutrients na kailangan mo ngayon sa 5 months. Since both are prescribed, I'd actually suggest asking your OB directly kung bakit both and kung pwedeng i-take together, or if one is for specific needs, a few of us din nag-tanong sa doctors namin instead of guessing kasi bawat pregnancy different naman ang requirements, especially pag may inalis na like folic and iron.
