permenant tooth

Hi, any paed dentist here? My 4y1mo old boy permenant tooth erupting out. However, it comes out from upper incisor front. Any concern please? Thanks

Please bring him to a paed Dentist can get it checked as it longer you drag, the more it’ll poke his gums

Went to see paed dentist, she said monitor first and say abnormal as should be lower front teeth erupt first. If we want, need to go for x ray. The next check up in Apr 20
