A few of us mums were actually talking about this the other day and we were so surprised this is even a thing! I shared the article with my mum group and one of my friends said she wished she had known about this before her second delivery because she was so tensed up the whole time. It is really worth reading lah, the idea that birth does not have to be all pain and fear is something I think more mums here should know about.
