Not a home remedy but my PD prescribed Daktarin. Worked well

Bring to PD and get medicine/gel to apply.

It should usually go away in a few days. You might wanna consider bringing to PD again and ask for medications. While waiting, make sure to clean or wipe baby’s mouth (inside) after most feeding especially the one before bed.
