Unfortunately, there is no known cause or cure, but the good news is that it will likely subside after delivery. You can get her some emollients to ease the itch. Sorry to hear, but there isnt anything much which can be done. Except for keeping the area dry and cool. Try using coconut oil to keep the skin moisturized.
There's really nothing much to do as it's a hormonal reaction. Dress light and remain in cool environments so as not to aggravate the rash.
