37 weeks is full term baby

Is it okay to plan to have c sec at 37 weeks on dot?

Typically gynae would advise to wait till 38th just in case the estimated edd is not accurate. Baby's lungs would be more developed by then too, so less chances of complications. I had e-csect at 39+2 wks.
