Nope, if the test is positive, they will ask redo to confirm. Was told to have the cleanest pee possible. For boys is easier, for girls it's really difficult. After u put a new one, make her drink more water so she can pee soon and check consistently. And you will get it soon, even few ml they also try to do the test.
