Is it okay to eat my iron tablet 2 hours after I take my breakfast? The nurse told me that. But, I read somewhere that we should eat it when our stomach is empty. Is it okay for me to continue that routine or not??

no problem with it sis. I asked nurse about that recently, she said after you eat iron tablet with empty stomach, you need to wait half hour then you can eat anything
