Is it okay to eat my iron tablet 2 hours after I take my breakfast? The nurse told me that. But, I read somewhere that we should eat it when our stomach is empty. Is it okay for me to continue that routine or not??

Yes okay. Or else malam waktu malam before bed. Tp make sure da dinner awal. Makan iron tablet tu dgn Juice like orange or guava (source of vit C) so dia serap lg bagus.

no problem with it sis. I asked nurse about that recently, she said after you eat iron tablet with empty stomach, you need to wait half hour then you can eat anything

Usually I’ll take before sleep, few hours after dinner.
