Don’t feel bad you yawn a lot. Lots of chemistry changes happen in a mommy’s body during pregnancy and most experience a lot more sleepiness during this time
It’s normal. Sometimes aromatherapy helps, like essential oils. :) But do note that not all essential oils are safe for usage during pregnancy.
It is very common for that to happen. Just try to keep you mind and body active. Feeling tired is a very commom symptom of preganancy.
I kept yawning too. Somehow the body feels lethargic no matter how long I slept. Best is to keep yourself active- go for walks.
It's normal to feel extra tired when you are pregnant. Try to munch some snacks.
