Is it ok to go running/ jogging during the first trimester?

no not ok at all not only for 1st trimester but throughout ur pregnancy. be careful of what you are doing. the 1st trimester is where u should be extra careful. don't lift weights and anything makes u tired. u may do some walking perhaps
1st trimester is very fragile. I will avoid running/jogging till my pregnancy is stable. Do light exercises instead. But then again do seek your gynae's advice since he/she knows and has access your health.

it really depends on individual health but most mummies will just do light exercise like squats.
Not advisable . Walking or brisk walk still ok I feel
My gynae said not advisable
