NT scan report

My NT scan was done today. The report says right uterine artery of baby shows mild high resistance flow. Is there anything to worry? Anyone with similar results?

I had same results, high resistance. Gynae started me on aspirin to thin the blood and lower the resistance. Also gave me extra calcium supplements
