Now my concern is, i was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Will it affect my baby and should i continue to take my medication?

Thanks for the advise. I was diagnosed 3months ago before being pregnant. Jst found out was pregnant 3days ago. Will go to the doc soon! Appreciate
