When can know baby movement?

Now I am at 19 Weeks+ 3 days, however, I didn’t feel any kick or movement from baby. Is it normal or is it due to my first child so that I don’t know?

i dont feel the small movements as well only feel when baby give strong kick around 19 week now i keep feeling it cause im sure its baby. its quite normal for ftm to feel later cause we are unsure isit baby or just our stomach gas etc.
