What Symptoms Do You Have In Frist Trimester?

Not much symptoms up till week6. Only 1 time nausea, sometimes giddy when stand for long without moving, sore nipples at like week 4 only once. Ongoing fatigue. Read that morning sickness is considered common for healthy pregnancy. But i dont really have morning sickness... Going to see gynae only in week 8. Anxious, not sure if everything is ok. Any comments? (:
