Baby sick drinking lesser milk

Is it normal when baby is sick they tend to drink lesser milk? Like sometimes can finish sometimes only half the intake then reject. Baby is fully bottle fed

Yes but the doctor told me that if baby is taking less than 50% of the full day’s milk intake, need to send baby to hospital. As might be dehydrated.
