Cranky/lesser milk

Hi, my 3 month going to 4 month baby is crankier than usual. Make a fuss and cry when is awake. Drink lesser milk. Refuse milk bottle when he is awake. Fed him while he is asleep and he cry after feeding then will stop crying then continues to sleep. Anyone have similar encounter? Any idea what happen?
