Kapag before breakfast dapat 90 below yyng sugar mo. Then yung monitoring 1 hr after bfast, lunch and dinner result 140 below. Normal p yung 136 mo

I believe 70-100 po ang normal. 136 is too high, I think. Paano po kayo nagcheck?
