Aww dear, sharp pains down there in the first trimester can sometimes be normal (ligaments stretching, hormone changes), but the "cucuk-cucuk" feeling you're describing, please jangan tahan-tahan, go see your doctor or clinic as soon as possible, okay? It's better to check and make sure everything's fine. One of my mum friends had similar cramping early on and it turned out fine, but really, don't delay with your doc, better safe than sorry when it comes to pregnancy. Sending you strength, mama!
