Eh, depend la on baby's age and whether breastfed or formula, mcm tu normal saja if dia makan okay and acting fine, tapi kalau dia uncomfortable, nampak kesakitan, or dah few days like that, better check with your paediatrician je to be sure! A few of my mum friends ada baby yang mcm berketul jugak, tapi mostly just phase lang, tapi doesn't hurt to get it checked esp if you're worried.
