Kaki bengkak

At 21 weeks, kaki bengkak is quite normal actually, a few of us pregnant mums went through this jugak! It's usually hormones and your body holding more fluid, plus the baby's weight putting pressure on your legs. Tapi kalau tiba-tiba very swollen, or ada redness or sakit, do check with your doctor just to be sure everything's okay, ya? In the meantime, try elevating your feet when you rest and drink plenty of water, sounds counterintuitive but it actually helps!
