Eh, that sounds like normal digestion lah, those gurgling, popping sounds dalam perut tu usually just gas dan liquid moving around, especially kalau you recently makan or minum something. A few of my mum friends say their perut bising macam tu all the time, terutama after meals or kalau they're hungry! But if it's accompanied by sakit perut, constipation, atau diarrhoea yang lama-lama, then boleh la check with your doctor just to be safe.
