Stomachache week 4 pregnancy

Hi is it normal to have stomachache during early pregnancy? And is it normal to have a bit of a tug at the womb area during this stage? Is it implantation? No spotting etc, I hope baby is fine! Have yet to see a gynae as baby still quite small to spot anything

Mild cramps can be normal in pregnancy, but if you're concerned, just head to a private gynae if you dun wanna wait. Hospital visits aren't so early normally.

I had a lot of mild cramps in the first trimester and Dr told me it could be the muscles and ligaments stretching too. If no heavy bleeding, should be fine!
