1st week is usually means 2weeks +. Yes. Its normal. Do monitor if there is any bleeding. But a little blood stain is called implantation bleeding. Get a check and scan to confirm pregnancy. And usually it will be 3-4 weeks already to be detected.

Yes, it’s normal! As long as you’re not bleeding it’s totally fine and normal. I had cramps every night when i was about 4-6 weeks pregnant then. I told my gynae and she said its perfectly normal! Don’t worry mummy :)
