Paranoid - 9th week

Is it normal to feel paranoid during my 1st trimester… i’m on my 9th week yet no baby bump and just question myself is the baby still there??? & my 2nd next scan is next week, feeling super paranoid🥲

you must be a ftm. 9 weeks usually still don’t have baby bump one, the uterus hasn’t expanded so big to show yet. don’t worry so much.. the stress and paranoia will affect your baby
