It's normal for both (feeling hungry& gassy). You can eat small meals but more times a day. After each meal or whenever you feel bloated, can try to pat your chest upwards (similar to how u burp a baby). I used to do that when I was pregnant , somehow it makes me burp out the excess gas & I will feel better after.

Yea! Ever since I’m pregnant, I don’t eat 3 big meals but eat small but frequent meal.
