Aiyoh, sayang, any abdominal pain in pregnancy needs a proper check-up from your doctor or midwife, even if it comes and goes, better safe than sorry, especially at 30 weeks! Jangan tahan-tahan je. A few of my mum friends had similar experiences and some turned out to be Braxton Hicks or ligament stretching, but only the doctor can confirm what's happening with you. Go get it checked out soon, okay? If the pain gets really bad or you have any bleeding or other changes, go to the hospital straightaway. Take care of yourself, mama!
