Eh, at 30 weeks it's normal lah perut mengeras-mengeras ni, tu Braxton Hicks contractions, basically your uterus practice contractions je sebelum labour. But kalau ia very frequent (macam every few minutes), sangat sakit, or ada bleeding/discharge yang weird, better check with your doctor cepat cepat ya, especially since pregnancy at 30 weeks kena monitor properly. A few of us preggy mums had the same worry, and doc said as long as tak frequent and takde other symptoms, totally normal je!
