Is it normal even after few weeks of birth, your lower tummy is heavy and feels like your inside organ is falling down when not using binder. #Csection #firsttimemom

Yes whether not c section or normal birth it is normal. Therefore it is advise to do proper massage after birth, use binder and the traditional way is adjust the birth area and pull up to have it in place (womb uplift massage)
