Vomiting phlegm

Is it normal for my 6-7 weeks old LO to vomit sticky mucus like phlegm once or twice a day? And what could be the cause of phlegm? Is it milk powder or it’s normal and a passing phase?

Milk powder could be too think. You may want to dilute it abit. Example, 60ml scoop you put 70ml water.
