Baby only able to lift head 45 degree during tummy time

Is it normal for 3 months old to only able to lift up head at 45 degrees for 2-3 min or so during tummy time? Can only lift head 90degree with hands below chest for few secs only

Thanks for asking this! My baby is the same and I got worried too. I’m just reminding myself that baby has her own pace and we can only support and encourage.. 🙆🏻‍♀️
