Maybe he is overfeeding. Reduce the amount to see does the spitting improve. Make sure his head is higher than the body during feeding. Sit him upright and burp after feeding. Consult doctor if not improving.
Yea sometimes he s not spitting at all but sometimes he spitting like per day 3 times max
