Angbao for helper if shes helping with confinement

Do we need to give our helper angbao if she will be helping with confinement? If yes, how much would be decent?

Yes I will personally prefer to give. Because I am getting Her not to fast for Ramadan and to manage night shifts for 1 month. I don’t think there is a market price for such things. But for me, I would give a “bonus” of around 0.5 month to 1 month extra salary. Depending how well she performed her role.
