Confinement nanny or helper?

We are both working adults and I’m thinking if we need a confinement nanny still if we are going to hire a helper?? If there are no parents support, how many mummies trust the helper to take care?

I think confinement lady helps u with not just e baby but also ur food meals. I don't think a helper is experienced on confinement food

Did u have both helper and confinement nanny? How do u cope with life after having a child hahhaha
