Ok lang po yan kung 10 weeks pa lang kayo. Start diet at third trimester para di macs. Pero kung worried talaga kayo. Less rice and heavy meals. Small but frequent meals lang po. Then as for personal advise wag na lang po kayo mag maternal milk nakakalaki sya ng baby at possible pa maging candidate ka ng gdm. Take your prenatal vitamins instead. Hope this helps.
