Swimming boleh tp, pergerakan kena slow motion. lagi2 klu buat breast stroke yg kena buat mcm kaki katak tu. klu blh elakkan frog kick tu. mcm saya 10 week dh gi swimming sbb mengidam nk berendam 😅 , bila saya buat back stroke sy tak selesa. free style, breast stroke ok. slow motion je. Saya swim 15 minit je.. cpt penat. swimming kan bnyk guna kalori. awal kehamilan sy tak selera mkn. jd pandai2 lh imbang calori intake masa makan dan nk burn kalori masa renang.

Oh hritu saya pergi swimming . Sye buat frog kick . Perut rasa tk sedap . Kaki pulak mcm nk kejang . Terus tk berenang . Cuma terapungkan badan tgk langit je ahahaha . Thankyou info 💖

Ade artikel pasal swimming utk pregnant lady. and saya mmg kaki swimming dari awal kehamilan smpai la dh masuk final trimester Masih aktif swimming. tp jgn kuat mcm biasa slow2 sket tp smooth jeee best swimming! and gmbr saya masa tu dh 28w. so jgn risau. kalau ragu2 leh refer pada doktor dlu okay 💪🏻

ohhh mgkn la kot. Ade buat warm up x dlu before swimming? make sure buat warm up as usual baru berenang slowly jgn buat mcm kita xpregnant. tp so far alhamdulillah okay. next time jgn terlalu gopoh okay slowly jeee enjoy....

Saya sejak pregnant mmg asik nk swimming je dari awal kandungan sampai la da 5bulan ni Alhamdullilah , lain org lain bdan nya ppe pun kne hati2 jgk
