Period delay

Hi. Nak tanya, bulan 2 ni saya takdatang period langsung harini dah cd41. Saya dah buat UPT tapi negatif :)) lagipun start dari bulan 9 2021 saya buat opk takde jumpa waktu subur sampai lah sekarang tapi period datang cumanya darah keluar sikit2 pastu banyak pastu sikit balik takmacam period dulu2 hari pertama sampai ke4 banyak je keluar hari 5 6 7 dah sikit. Tapi sekarang hari pertama je haid dia macam hari ke4 sikit2 tapi merah warnanya 🫠 Saya ttc lagi berapa hari je nak genap 2 tahun dah.  Ada tak ubat or apa pun yang boleh lancarkan period subur kan rahim matangkan telur ovum? 😌 sekarang ni saya cuma amalkan asid folic brand hovid dan bcomplexbrand hovid jugak.

Sayang, CD41 dengan negatif UPT memang bikin anxious, terutama after trying for almost 2 years kan, I can feel how exhausting this is for you. The pattern you're describing with the light flow and irregular ovulation since 2021 sounds like something needs proper investigation, so honestly I'd encourage you to see a gynae soon untuk check hormone levels, thyroid, PCOS, or anything else that might be affecting your cycle and ovulation, a few of my mum friends in similar situations found answers (and hope!) once mereka dapat proper diagnosis instead of guessing. Folic acid and B-complex are good basics, tapi at this point dengan 2 years TTC and these changes, you really need a doctor's perspective to rule out what's happening and get the right treatment plan for your situation. Sending you strength through this journey, it's not easy, but getting professional help is the smartest move now
