Eh, yang ada KKM sticker tu adalah yang approved dan tested locally, so technically lebih "official" untuk Malaysian babies, tapi honestly, banyak mak-mak around me pakai jugak yang tanpa sticker, especially yang imported dari Indonesia atau Brunei, and kids mereka fine je. The ingredient difference (macam oleum caryophylii tu) might make one version warming effect lebih kuat or scent berbeza, tapi both are generally okay kalau tak ada adverse reaction. Safest bet tu stick dengan yang KKM-approved untuk peace of mind, but if you've already bought the other one, boleh try satu-dua kali observe je, if ada rashes or irritation, stop and switch back. Ada rasa anxious about it, better check with your pediatrician just to be sure, especially if baby punya skin sensitive.
