My 2 week old has diaper rash! :((( what's the safest diaper rash cream to use? Anything else I should be doing?

Try changing your brand of diaper nadin po kung kaya, I heard Merries na brand is sikat and known na hndi nagccause nang rashes kay baby. Pero lazada and rustans lang daw po ata meron. My baby uses this brand, pag wala we use goon.
