My 2 month old baby sleeping through the nite with a stretch of 7hrs. Is it ok to sleep wo/o interim feeds?

As long as your baby is gaining weight, I think it is fine. Babies, especially when they are younger, are driven by their needs and would definitely indicate their wishes to be fed. If your baby is getting enough milk and could sleep through the night, I personally think there is no need to wake him/her for feedings. Enjoy some rest while you can!! :)
