Helper leave days
Is it a must to let my helper go on off on Public Holidays?
I usually don't give her off on public holiday - except Hari Raya. She has Sunday's off though. :)
They are not entitled to Public holidays.. only 1x a week off day unless u pay off the off-day.
No, should be according to contract, others you can discuss case by case basis with your heLper
