Super Mum

Omega 3 is in fish oil, usually multivitamins won't have it. You can buy fish oil separately, there are prenatal fish oil on iherb not too expensive

Omega is only in fish oil would recommend you to take fish oil with dha from gynae when pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Do get the supplements directly from your gynaecologist or ask him/her for a prescription...

Thanks love. I was not recommended any except obimin. I'm under a team of Dr at GH and they told me I can get multivitamins from the GH pharmacy. Got one Nutri plus omega3 $30+ but can't seemed to find it elsewhere. MIL advise I shld go natural & nt take supplements. When I had my 2 girls I was young & oblivious abt these stuffs. Just want to give the best to the third.
