Postnatal hair

Hi mums. Im worrying every single day due to my hair. 3 months after birth, my hair dropped alot. Now i spotted many "baby hair" idk what to do. My hair just looks like a pineapple esp when i tie it up. Any ways to promote hairgrowth?

I've not reached 3mths pp but way before pregnancy I did see a dermatologist for my hair loss and scalp issues.
