that means i'd gone crazy over yakult😅i literally drank the whole 5 in a pckt a day. but i was lucky everytime during check up my sugar level was always normal. coz i drink alot of plain water after that

You can try drinking the ace yakult if you’re concerned of the sugar level in normal yakult
